NEWS FLASH!! At a National Bath and Body Competition sponsored by the American Dairy Goat Association in October, 2007 our Goat's Milk Lotion placed second in the Nation as the best goat's milk lotion! So you know it has to be good! Why Goat's Milk? According to legend, Cleopatra, one of the most beautiful women of her time, owed her beautiful skin to her daily milk baths. Goat's milk soap makes dry, sensitive skin soft due to the nutrients and softening proteins. Adding goat’s milk to soap helps to lower it’s PH, therefore helping to maintain the natural PH of your skin.
Goat’s milk is less prone to trigger allergic reactions. It is a natural source of Alpha-Hydroxy Acids. It is nature’s own special moisturizer because it is loaded with lipids and proteins that gently nourish the skin. Our soap is hand made which allows the soap to retain its natural glycerin (which is removed from all commercial soaps). This natural glycerin gives the soap additional moisturizing benefits which dry, sensitive skin craves.
Our goat’s milk soap is made from our Alpine and Nubian dairy goats. The goats are hand milked twice a day and are fed a diet of grain and hay. The milk is filtered several times and pasteurized. This ensures that we use only the best quality milk in our soaps and lotions. Our soap is so rich and creamy that you will never want to try commercial soap again.
At this time, we do not offer Raw Milk or Pasteurized Milk for sale. | Farmer's Markets June - October, 2008 Come see us at the following Farmer's Markets - Summer 2008!
