B & D Goats

 I got my first pygmy goat as a Valentine gift in 2000.  We quickly discovered they made great pets, but are not much good for anything else.  So we sold the pygmy goats and bought two dairy goats.

Our herd has now expanded to about 25 goats.  We raise both dairy and meat goats.  In the last 10 years of raising goats, we have won Grand Champion Alpine Dairy Goat at the Clermont County Fair in 2005, our lotions have won second and third place prizes in the national American Dairy Goat Association Bath and Body Product Competition and I was interviewed for Cincy Magazine in 2008.  What fun it has been raising goats!
